    Referees have to make choices within seconds. And those decisions do matter: They will make the difference between defeat, championship and relegation. Decisions that are made on the football ground determine the economic situation of football clubs and influence the emotions of their fans. The best choice is a reliable  choice - at the football stadium as well as in business life.

    In his speech, our guest Speaker Dr. Markus Merk will talk about the importance of choices and the impact of causal chains.
